Users running Norton Internet Security 2002

1. Open Norton Internet Security.
2. Click on Options at the top of the window and select Internet Security.
3. Click on Advanced Options.
4. Under the General tab, click on Add Site.
5. Enter the following web address: - www.poole-pottery-replacements.co.uk .
6. The address will appear in the list in the left hand window. Highlight it and click on the Privacy tab on the right.
7. Make sure there is a tick in the check box that reads "Use these rules for www.poole-pottery-replacements.co.uk" and then, using the drop down boxes underneath, select "Permit" in each box.
8. Click on Apply.
9. Click on OK for each window and exit Norton Internet Security.
10. The form should now work.

Users running Norton Internet Security 2004

1. Open Norton Internet Security.
2. Click on Privacy Control.
3. Click Configure in the window on the right.
4. Select Add Site.
5. Enter the following web address: - www.poole-pottery-replacements.co.uk .
6. The address will appear in the list in the left hand window. Click once on it to highlight it.
7. Remove the tick from the "Use default settings" check box.
8. Ensure that "Information about your browser", "Information about your visited sites" and "Scripts" are all Permitted.

3. Under Web Sites click the Edit button.
